Through prayer and therapeutic art, I discovered the creative language of my heart. I want to help you do the same!
My personal healing journey has taught me the power of integrating therapeutic art with my Catholic faith. Artistic activities such as collage, drawing and painting, writing and poetry, engage the whole self – mind, heart, soul, and body – in the healing process. As I cooperated with God’s grace to overcome the devastating effects of spousal betrayal, I encountered Christ’s love in a new way. I continue to use Christian Expressive Arts as well as watercolor and acrylic painting as a form of prayer and self-expression.
Experience the power of integrating creativity with prayer. In a session of Christian Expressive Arts coaching, I will be your guide as together we allow the Holy Spirit to work through the gift of creativity to open your heart to God. Whether you are seeking healing or just new ways to pray and connect with Jesus, expressive arts will unlock the creative language of your heart.
Think of it as spiritual direction with an art journal!

Come Bloom In Hope’s Garden
Hope’s Garden is the Lord’s answer to my prayers and the prayers of thousands of women around the world. As I suffered the heartache, confusion, grief, and loneliness of domestic abuse I cried out to God for help, for someone who understood. Once He rescued me from the abuse and healed my heart with His pure and faithful love, I knew we had to find and help the others.
Through the intercession of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Catholic women from around the world are coming to Hope’s Garden. Like the Spanish roses on the hill of Tepeyac in 1531, we are blooming under the mantle of Our Lady. If you have been wounded by your spouse’s lack of respect for your dignity, I invite you to come and heal with us.
