This rosary is an adaptation of the traditional Franciscan Crown Rosary, which is a meditation on the seven joys of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The adaptation presented here is a scriptural rosary, with scripture verses from The Song of Songs. The original reflections provided at the beginning of each of the 7 decades help “set the stage” and bring these verses into context, as we meditate on each of these profound events in the life of Jesus and His Mother.
